Famic first attended the Quebec/Canada Aerospace Mission in June 2016, participating in industrial visits and co-exhibiting at the ILA Berlin Trade Show. The second mission in July organized by the Quebec Prime Minister was held in Munich where meetings with leaders of the aerospace, energy and automation industries were held. With the ongoing German movement « Industry 4.0 », referencing the fourth industrial revolution, this was a great opportunity to discuss new and ambitious objectives for the automation of manufacturing plants.

The last mission took place in Berlin, end of September. It included networking activities and business meetings with companies in the transport railway industry. Famic also exhibited its solutions in the Innotrans Trade Fair within the Quebec Pavilion.

With the help of Export Quebec, Famic Technologies was able to present the benefits of its multi-technology design and simulation software Automation Studio^TM to key stake holders. This opportunity also helped gain a better understanding of companies’ needs in these various engineering industries.
