How to easily install the new version

1. Before installing the 32-bit or 64-bit version, please verify your computer’s compatibility by using this Automation Studio™ Version Identifier link
   
   
2. Download the identified software version available in the Technical Support Portal
   
   
To install the Professional Edition, please choose one of the following 2 options:
Automation Studio™ 6.2 Professional 32-bit
Automation Studio™ 6.2 Professional 64-bit

To install the Simulation Edition, please choose one of the following 2 options:
Automation Studio™ 6.2 Simulation 32-bit
Automation Studio™ 6.2 Simulation 64-bit

To install the Project Server, please choose one of the following 2 options:
Automation Studio™ 6.2 Project Server 6.2 32-bit
Automation Studio™ 6.2 Project Server 6.2 64-bit


3. If you do have a network license, you will need to use the Network License Manager 6.1. Download the Network License Manager version 32 or 64-bits as indicated by the previous tool

To connect to the support portal, you will need the user name and password that have been sent to you by email when you registered your key(s)

• If you never registered your key(s), please do it as soon as possible at: https://support.famictech.com/STW/stw/user/signup.jsp
  
• If you don’t remember your credentials, please send an email to support@famictech.com with the serial number of your key(s) and we will re-send it to you

The upgrade codes for your registered license(s) will be available under the tab “Key Registry” in the Product Support Portal.
