Organized by Janatics, leaders in industrial automation, JASC aimed to provide a platform for aspiring professionals to demonstrate their proficiency in automation systems. The challenge was designed to test participants’ problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge in real-world automation scenarios. 

Thanks to the Automation Studio™ software, which is widely recognized for its robust capabilities in design and simulation, participants were able to put their skills to the test in a controlled, yet challenging environment.

The use of Automation Studio™ software made the competition both educational and practical. It allowed participants to design, simulate and troubleshoot automation systems, replicating the tasks they would encounter in their professional careers. The multi-technology software’s intuitive interface and advanced features helped contestants gain hands-on experience with key automation concepts and technologies, such as hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming, HMI design and system simulation.

This interactive experience encouraged participants to think critically and come up with innovative solutions to complex automation challenges. By integrating theory with practical applications, JASC provided a valuable learning opportunity that extended beyond traditional classroom education. For many participants, it was a chance to test their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and push their limits in a highly competitive setting.

JASC (Janatics Automation Skill Challenge) is an educational initiative by JANATICS for training the students in automation skills and broaden the young minds to be innovative which eventually helps them in widening their career opportunities and winning probabilities.

“JANATICS AUTOMATION SKILL CHALLENGE” is a hackathon style competition organized by Janatics.
